2003 Dodge Grand Caravan SE Sport vs. 2006 Kia Sedona (or Nissan Quest) – What would you do?
Here is my dilemma – My husband and I just had our first Christmas Eve baby. We have decided that I would stay at home mom, we went from two incomes down to one (so that we are on a tight budget). We currently have a 2003 Nissan Pathfinder ($ 9,500 to have it yet), a 2001 Dodge Neon and a 1993 Pathfinder that we sell. We found a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport for $ 12,000 and a 2006 Kia Sedona for $ 17,000 (low miles at a time) (also found a 2004 Nissan Quest $ 17,000. – hope get $ 6,000 after paying Pathfinder on Trade in. We must fund 8k on the Dodge (below our current monthly payment and allow us replace husbands car with a truck earlier) We would need to finance about $ 13k on the Kia, with about the same payments as now. We would need to finance about $ 14k with the Nissan. I think the Kia has better security features, and I like the fact that the sliding door windows open. My question for you – what would you and why?
id go with the Nissan because some of KIA.s give problems, and Nissan has always produced and selling a good car, it looks more like a good choice for what you want to do, good luck with it.
