Are older houses with 3 doses baseless component installed a safety hazard?

We are looking to buy a house. Due to the age of the home side are 2 containers throughout the house. But there are lots of 3 component containers installed at various locations which are unfounded. To amend section 3 of the receptacle earth would an electrician to ground the entire house, which means that the new wiring throughout the house. Should there buy this house? The seller said they will not re-wire the entire house. The 3 cards can be used, but they just do not match the ground. If you put on 3 Prong back part 2, then you will not be able to use a device 3 Prong unless you use adapters. I guess my question is it safe to use 3 sheets landless or to the 3 records Back to Prong 2? I wonder if we should go ahead with the purchase this house. Any advice would be appreciated.
