I need a new job Guy security.?
I have seven years of safety, environmental compliance and training, but my bosses would kill me. I have tons of certificates (FF / EMT, MSC, STS, SPS …) and three years solid to a baccalaureate but wherever I request that the reference BS / BA. However my manager has zero knowledge HSE and got the job because he is the friend somebodies. I worked abroad for the Govt and wanted more time at home so I took a substantial pay cut to come back and be with my family (such as 50k +). Thus, in addition to insufficient ball up the pay scale of the industry like, I really feel my bosses are not crazy in my opinion. My current employer offers a decent education and support I found a program that is feasible for 1.5 years, but really risking my sanity if I stay. Should I become "robot'-(remove any feeling for the job) does my time completing the course and pass or hope for an act of God and a new regime? Thank you in advance for all responses.
My company is in the same way. You will not believe how people just do the minimum and clams can have access to their diplomas and then leave the company. Then, managers blame those of us who remain. Family and friends who have no training and obtain the benefits we have to train and to "cover" for them. Cases of bad manipulation, we are the ones that bite because we "do train'em law." We are a "team" and we do not behave like players from the team, because we do not want to be the scapegoats for those who waste it. If this was truly an accident, I back'em, but they are family and they are not interested, they know they do not have to take the fall. We live and we get drawn / By-pass for raises-promotions/terminated. I hear you. It's really up to you if you are strong enough to endure the folly of the situation just for get your diploma. Maybe you could take a course or two to see how you do. What, a semester – three or four months. If you decide to stop smoking after that, you have at least a few more hours under your belt. Do it now so you can have some of those hours paid. When I finally signed, the company has stopped because too many people left with a virtually free education. Do What you should do if they treat you like shit. Good luck!

my boss broke a safety rule serious, what I can do as a subordinate to correct the problem?
A senior supervisor was on my site and it was noted, through not complying with a serious safety standard, it violates the rule against us and our subcontractors.What do I do from a legal standpoint, since I'm the only on-site security?
